Diverse, equal, and included working environment
Saudization is experiencing remarkable growth within our operations, reaching 100% at Rawabi Geolog, over 80% at RVOS, and surpassing 60% at RHC. Our team comprises over 5,300 professionals, including over 1,360 Saudi nationals and nearly 4,000 international staff from 22 different countries worldwide.
In alignment with our dedication to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusivity, the number of female employees at Rawabi has been steadily increasing, marking a record high of over 430 in 2023.
